Soft Collections
Arrangements are made by our Credit Consultants with the debtor. Our priority is to rehabilitate the debtor in line with their existing obligations. Payment arrangements are managed through multiple payment platforms namely, Debit Order (NAEDO or AEDO), Easy pay, Direct Deposits and EFT’s (we are rolling out authenticated transactions in line with industry implementation).
Our administration team is comprised of highly skilled individuals who receive and analyze our clients delinquent accounts as well as apply the best strategy to recover same. The administration of payment arrangements and diarisation of follow-ups are managed through the use of debt collection software that pre-empts processes and notifications throughout the collections cycle. Regular feedback and reports ensure that our clients are updated on the progress of the debt collection process.
Late Stage Collections
When all other processes to recover outstanding debt have been exhausted, the matters are handed over to the Legal Department. The key responsibilities of the Legal Department is to determine a most cost effect legal collections service as permitted by the Magistrates Court Acts.
We can offer a fixed Legal fee structure depending on the volumes of matters handed over.
Trace Services
Don’t let debtors disappear without a trace. With our advanced trace capabilities and alert tools, we are able to locate and maintain hard-to-find debtors. We combine this with our collections priority “score” to help improve our collections success rate. This service can be used individually or in conjunction with any of our other services.
We provide our clients with the verified contact details as well as current residential and business address. This service may include the confirmation of deceased debtors and criminal checks.
